**** I took a chance going to this course Blind as I’m from the North of Ireland & doing an online search on CPC Training I picked your company out, I had no idea who you were or what you were, I went and the venue was excellent as expected of the 4 Seasons. Tony was an utter Professional who represented your company to the Highest Degree, he explained everything well very clearly and fairly, nobody was put on the spot to answer individual questions which I was relived about. I can’t praise Tony high enough from when I met him in reception he was very pleasant, even after the course was after everybody had left or were leaving I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask, he again was very polite & stayed behind for an extra 20mins after the course just to chat to me over a few issues I put to him. I would gladly sit further courses I with Tony, in fact he made such a good impression I booked all next weekend SAT & SUN in Same venue for a further two Modules. My gamble online paid off, before I went yesterday I had my mind made up to do further courses with another company, but as I've said after going yesterday and being at ease with Tony I've booked and paid for next weekends courses. I hope Tony is the tutor, if not I hope whoever is taking the courses are as friendly and polite, I am deaf in the right ear and 60% hearing in left ear so at times yesterday I was totally lost , but this was no fault of Tony’s, it’s my problem.
